At Gatsby Garb, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return policy in full compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Your Right to Return

Under EU Consumer Rights legislation, you have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without needing to provide a reason.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right of return unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@gatsbygarb.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
